Day 10 - Quick View
On this last day of the curriculum, students focus on "selling solutions."  Students create an advertising campaign, either print or other media that applies personal decision-making tools, the scientific knowledge learned from the previous days, and a Decision Grid to show that it is the best option. Students also take national action by writing a letter to their Congressperson.

Selling Solutions - Students will learn effective ways to present information and sell their idea to reduce climate change, including adaptation, mitigation, or prevention. Students will design an effective presentation that sells their idea to reduce the impacts of climate change, and create a television or print advertisement.  Students must utilize technology to create the final project.  Students present the idea and advertisement to the class, and the class determines their choice for the most sustainable option presented.

Letter Writing - Students will participate in a national action taking measure by writing a letter to their state Congressperson in support of the climate change solution of their choosing.
