    This book kept me hooked from start to finish. I didn't stop to take a break till the very last word was read. Absolutely incredible. I haven't read anything like this in a long time. A thriller that wasn't just action, it has everything you'd want and more. Loved it

    This is my first venture in reading a book by Mr. Bates and while it is not a literary masterpiece, it is certainly entertaining and I can barely part with it until it is done. The progression of the story is fast, sequential, engaging and full of twists although I find the resilience and resourcefulness of the central character hard to believe. The ending, I find, is too abrupt although this is purely subjective as I do not want the book to end.

    Good book, it would make for an interesting short film. Could of gone a little more at the end to see how their lives turned out.
