An emergency call, and I rush from my coziness into the dark community where the police have requested a chaplain.     I have attended church all my life. I have gone from longing to be in church to is it done yet. Reading this book helped me understand that without Gods presence in our church services it would be like planting a seed and not having the rain and sunshine present for it to germinate and grow. What better way to see evidence of Gods presence (glory) with us than through the changed lives of people who testify to experiencing the saving grace of Jesus Christ. The testimonies of salvation and baptism through the videos at the end of each chapter brought tears streaming down my face as I got to hear and see the glory of God in changed lives. I would recommend this book to those who are needing a refresher or fresh look into the purpose of Gods church. It has changed me!
